Nursing Care

Before you join our family, we will assess your needs in detail to ensure that we can create a care plan tailored to your individual requirements.

Every member of our staff and management teams considers themselves to be one of your extended family members. So as friends and members of our family (rather than a patient or client), as a resident you know that respect, dignity and compassion are essential elements of your nursing care.

The need for nursing care doesn’t have to mean the end of your independence. Our experienced registered nursing teams provide round-the-clock support, with qualified nurses on duty 24-hours a day, so the care you need can be carried out when is most convenient and comfortable for you.

Highly qualified and experienced clinical leads work in close partnership with GPs, and just as our care teams provide you with dedicated personal care (help with washing, dressing and going to the toilet, as well as with eating if needed) our nursing teams ensure that your clinical nursing care is maintained to the highest standards.

We can support adults of all ages with both simple and complex nursing needs. This might include short-term intensive rehabilitation care if you are recovering from an injury, illness or stroke, or managing your long-term needs if you are living with a progressive condition like dementia, or managing arthritis, a respiratory illness or a physical disability.

Before you join our family, we will assess your needs in detail to ensure that we can create a care plan tailored to your individual requirements. We will develop this with you, and by talking to your family, so that we can get to know you as much as possible before you move in. Our aim is to help every person who lives with us to enjoy as much independence and choice as possible.
