Let us introduce you to Glendeen, our Home Manager. A qualified nurse with over 20 years’ experience across both the NHS and social care, she brings a wealth of knowledge, compassion and understanding to her role at Parkfield House, where she has been part of the team since May 2022.

Through her experience, Glendeen has developed strong professional relationships across the NHS healthcare services and local authority, helping to ensure residents benefit from well-coordinated, responsive support whenever it is needed.

She is passionate about working in what she describes as a “heart-warming sector,” and takes great pride in leading a dedicated team. Together, they focus on delivering high-quality, person-centred nursing care in a setting that feels comfortable, supportive and truly homely.

Her approach is centred on kindness, respect and ensuring that every resident feels valued as an individual, with care thoughtfully tailored to their unique needs and preferences.
