So, anywhere we can, we will try and make memories a key part of everyday life at our home. This is just the case for resident Margaret. Margaret used to own the A.E.Webbs Sweet Shop, in Uxbridge on Windsor Street – so staff have recreated the shop at Parkfield! Both Margaret and her daughter officially opened the shop, and now everyone can enjoy a piece of her past. Residents that lived locally still remember visiting the shop – so it’s a wonderful reminiscence activity for everyone.
