Congratulations to Natasha for being July’s winner of our Policy of the Month award for ‘Falls Management Policy and Procedure’. This reward scheme recognises staff who are proactive and continue their development and awareness of our key policies and procedures.

Our staff are not only trained to a high level, but we ensure they are knowledgeable about regulatory requirements under the Care Quality Commission. Each month represents a different policy and our Quality & Training Co-ordinators provide five questions to test on. A lucky winner is picked from the chosen entries and receives a £15 voucher.

We are collaborating with Quality Compliance Systems to ensure that all our latest policies and procedures are easily accessible to our staff.
