As a Senior Care Assistant/ Med Tech you will show warmth and support to the residents, helping to promote independence and dignity and positively enhance the lives of the individuals in your care. You will have NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care, Medical Administration qualification and have a minimum of 2-3 years in a similar role.If you have knowledge and experience of caring for elderly people, come from a caring background and have a genuine love and understanding of older people then this job could be for you.

In the role of Clinical/Deputy Manager we would expect you to have a “hands on approach” to working with the Nursing & Care teams ensuring we apply the highest standards of modern and professional practice, ensuring all the needs of the residents are individually catered for, with particular emphasis for emotional, spiritual, nursing and physical requirements.
